Our property maintenance teams understand the importance of replacing a broken, worn or damaged items before they cause a major problem and will help identify potential problems, before they become critical.
We offer a comprehensive range of commercial and industrial property maintenance services. These are designed to match the specific requirements of our clients, from replacing a lock, to a complete office move or overhaul. We will customize our service to meet your specifications. We are able to meet the requirements of all our clients, through good planning, communications and offer a quality reliable & efficient service, with excellent workmanship from start to finish, at the most competitive rate (please see below).
The cost, a set monthly fee of £200, gives your company use of one our service professionals, for one day per month, to do general maintenance, scheduled as per your specification. If you call and state that you do not require our services on the normal scheduled day, it can be carried forward for up to three months and can then be used in a block, to perform larger projects. All materials are supplied at cost. We hold accounts with a large number of suppliers and pass these substantial savings on to you, invoiced at end of each month.
